Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with the product(s) you purchased from us please contact us before returning the item(s). Our return policy gives you up to 21 days from the original order date to return or exchange the item with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. If you order is returned within 21 days you can exchange your item(s).

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for return of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage.

If your item is approved will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 working, depending on payment method and your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
